I’d like to tell you about the wonderful experience that I’ve had working with you and everyone involved in the building of my home. From start to finish everyone has been very professional and extremely helpful and gracious. Working with you on the plans was easy and you were very attuned to my needs and budget. I appreciated that greatly! All of the various contractors were also great to work with all the way from the masons to the framers to the roofers to the siding and stone guys, to the plumber, the painters, the carpenter, the heating guys and the electricians (and anyone else I may have forgotten). Chuck, I am liking our house a lot. Possibly the thing I like the most is how quiet it is. This may be due to a very quiet furnace and the thicker walls or possibly just a nice quiet neighborhood. In any case just keep up the good work. – Jim B.

I was very pleased with the professional high standards of this company (and Chuck Anderson) in building our new home. Every decision was discussed and options and costs provided. As we were living several states away during the build, emails, phone calls and documents provided enabled us to be totally involved in the building. Deadlines and budgets were met. The entire build crew was always available to us, either by phone or in person. Periodic visits were enhanced by CLA providing appointments with various vendors so that we could make informed timely decisions as the build progressed. The quality of the green materials utilized was very impressive.
